Implementation status

Baseline source verification: 6 October 2026. Goblinkin source and asset update: 10 October 2026. Status describes active definitions and their integrations; CK3 runtime behavior was not verified by this pass.

Vocabulary: Implemented = active source and callers; Partial = working definitions with integration gaps; Experimental = prototype needing acceptance; Disabled = deliberately unreachable; Planned = no completed implementation; Deprecated = retained compatibility content no longer intended for normal use.

Deprecated / retained compatibility

Hidden legacy self-disguise interaction and superseded generator baselines are retained for compatibility/maintenance; do not equate their existence with the preferred player workflow. Staged/retired artwork under tools is not active runtime content.

Goblinkin verification — 10 October 2026

Ancestry script-model checks cover 5,151 mixtures, 20,301 parental-score sums and 225 preset parent pairs, plus migration, culture independence and replacement of bonuses. Progression checks cover all 40 innovations, 80 ordinary levels, nine duchy levels, starting history, research gates, holding registration and unchanged non-Goblinkin branches. These are static checks, not a CK3 gameplay session.

36 original PNG masters are preserved in the mod. The 56 active interface DDS assets include one 64×64 transparent trait icon, thirteen 150×130 native building masks, five 545×285 opaque painted tradition cards, thirteen 180×120 research images, and eight troop/siege sets at 680×400, 160×160 and 120×120. BC3 mip chains and native alpha masks decode successfully. Five older unused tradition foreground files are retained.

Fully restart CK3 and use a new game for starting discoveries, era progression and construction. An existing save is sufficient for the updated card artwork. Live UI, research, construction, AI, authority prices, ageing, recruitment and save/load still need verification. Goblinkin changes describe the development files; no existing beta download or Workshop release was replaced.

Gnoll verification — 11 October 2026

The development files implement culture/heritage/language, 16 male and 16 female generated names, 12 family names, ancestry-aware creation/birth/compatibility, Faith of Yeenoghu with three tenets, five traditions, two combat units, four siege tiers, forty innovations, eighty ordinary levels and nine duchy levels. No historical ruler, realm or family tree was invented. Lore references and adaptation boundaries are explicit.

Three independent requirements passes and three implementation passes were completed, followed by correction verification. Static checks pass 39 ancestry cases, 58 shared-file preservation comparisons, identifier uniqueness, all progression chains, exact consumer bindings, DDS channels/mips and mesh finite/index checks. The effective MAA roster has 169 entries: six Gnoll and 163 foreign. Existing religion, troop, compatibility, dwarf and Goblinkin regression checks passed. These are static/script-model checks, not an engine session.

The retained art comprises 38 generated masters, 67 DDS textures and 33 exported mesh files. Fourteen holding models and three army representatives are bound; four native siege references have verified meshes, materials and scale products. Male/female head, dental, ear and fang exports retain compatible native rigs. Gnoll-owned army copies remove intersecting helmet/human-head triangles with per-LOD reports while retaining vertex attributes, weights, skeleton and animations.

Corrected previews cover matching child attachments, readable native-weight jaw/lip dental diagnostics, clear resting army muzzle/ears, and all four siege models. Child interpolation is diagnostic, not true native age-controller simulation. Portrait/army previews and siege previews do not prove live animation, expression, inherited DNA or equipment fit.

Actual dental exports, neutral/open front/profile diagnostics

Full CK3 restart is required; new games are required for culture history and starting discoveries. Existing saves can inspect graphics and conservative ancestry behavior, but saved culture/faith state may persist. Runtime designer/age/expression, body seams, LOD/animation, births/conversion, clergy UI, era/construction/authority, recruitment/hired/order armies and save/load remain unverified. No beta archive or Workshop package was republished.
