Before the fall of ancient thrones beneath immortal skies,
Young Tuar walked the silver woods where endless starlight lies.
Then Shee Brail-ah-KEEM was slain by goblin spear and flame,
And all the elven realms arose to vengeance in his name.
The silver horns of war were raised, the forest banners flew,
And Tuar carved a refuge deep where scattered elves withdrew.
Sing of Tuar, thorn-crowned queen,
where shattered heavens cried,
For when the gods were torn apart,
Tuar turned the tide.
The Thorn Throne rose from living wood by ancient spirits bound,
And Tuar forged the human pacts where sacred streams ran round.
But mortal kings forgot their vows as years and empires passed,
So with the lords she forged the Ghee-AL-ee Shee at last.
Then Azrai came with honeyed words and vengeance for the elves,
And many marched beside his hosts to claim the lands themselves.
But late Tuar saw the truth within the shadow in his eyes,
So she turned the elven banners round beneath the burning skies.
Ahhh—through ash and dying stars…
Ahhh—beyond the fields of war…
At Deismaar the mountains broke, the gods unleashed their fire,
And standing near the heart of it stood Tuar in the pyre.
No grave remained, no crown returned, no body could be found—
Only silence and the ash upon the broken ground.
No elf would claim her living throne after the gods had died,
And so her realm was named for her where ancient forests hide.
Sing of Tuar, thorn-crowned queen,
whose voice the ages guide,
For when the world stood near to death,
Tuar turned the tide.
